West of Eden

Sorry it's been such a long time since the last post, but I've had several other projects on the o recently and had to put the solo stuff on the backburner for a while. But fear not dear listeners, I'm back in solo bass action now! Todays track is entirely improvised. I wanted to experiment with the compositional possibilities the Looperlative offers. Hence there is no particular tune to sing along to (as if!) as I was concentrating more on textural improvisation. This is one of several similar takes. I chose this one because it was more mellow and a little sloppier than the others. Just felt better for now. Let me know your thoughts. And if someone could write some sort of general review on the iTunes page, that would be most appreciated. It looks a little bare...

Keep them coming Simon! Always have liked your work, even back in DMS days, and it’s always nice when your Podcast pops up to take a little time out my day for it.

Thanks Mark. Nice to hear from you. It’s been a little while since I posted on here. Going to start work on the solo album proper very soon, so it might remain quiet for a little while. Do stay subscribed either on here or on iTunes so you can catch it when I start reposting! Cheers Si
